Myogenin

Myogenin is a group of regulatory proteins necessary for muscle development. The expression of myogenin is limited to cells that originate in the skeletal muscle and appears to be negatively related to the degree of cell separation. The antibody identifies a epitope located in the amino acid region of 138-158.of myogeninprotein. It can mark the nucleus of a cell in most people's striated muscle cells. and wilms tumors. It was not observed to react to Ewing sarcoma and pPNET, neuroblastoma, or adult skeletal muscle. The myogeni peptides from rate are used for immunity.
