Multiple Myeloma Oncogene 1 (MUM-1)

MUM-1 is a protein with a molecular weight of 50kDa. The antibody colorizes the MUM-1 protein, which is mainly expressed in the B-cell subunit in the bright region of the germinal center and also in the plasma cell, the broad-spectrum B-cell subunit of haematolymphoid tumour and the activated T lymphocytic cells. The antibody is mainly used for the study of lymphoma. Combined with Bcl-6 and CD138 antibodies, it is used to provide a reference for determining the different differentiation stages of tumor cells originating from B cells.
