HLA-DR alpha chain

HLA-DR A CHIAN is a MHC-11 molecule containing two sub-units (α subunit and β subunit ) with a molecular weight of 36kD and 27kD, respectively. HLA-DR is expressed with B lymphocytes, mononucleosis, macrophages, activated T gonorrhea, activated NK lymphocytes and hMAPCs cell.It is also expressed with B lymphocyte dependency areas of spleen and lymph nodes and B lymphocytic lymphomas as well as thymus epithelial cells. In addition HLA and CCD1a are expressed in epidermal Langorhans cells.
