CD152/CTLA-4

CTLA 4 - also known as CD152, is a kind of protein receptors of the immune system, the main auxiliary suppress the immune system's response to external stimuli CD152 mainly expressed on the surface of the T cells, similar to the T cell coordinated stimulus protein (CD28) CD152 gene mutations associated with the occurrence of many diseases, such as insulin dependent diabetes celiac disease graves disease hashimoto's thyroiditis thyroid eye disease related to systemic lupus erythematosus (sle) with primary biliary cirrhosis and other autoimmune diseases.
