Cd138 is a transmembrane heparin sulfate protein, which is an important component of cytoplasm and plasma membrane.It is expressed in different stages of normal lymphocytes, including plasma cells, plasma mother cells and immune mother cells.Positive expression of plasma cell tumor.It is also expressed in certain epithelial cells, vascular smooth muscle cells, endothelial cells and nerve cells.Positive prognosis of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma is good.
