CD123 antigen is called interleukin - 3 receptor alpha subunit, it is a transmembrane glycoprotein, is one of the cell factor receptor superfamily member and CD123 CD131 (interleukin - 3 receptor beta subunits) to form dimers, interleukin - 3 receptor, alpha subunits with cytokines, specificity, and beta subunits with signal transduction function according to the report, interleukin - 3 receptor expression on monocytes, neutrophils basophils eosinophils megakaryocyte and the cell proliferation and differentiation of cellsIn addition to the hematopoietic system,CD123 is expressed in Leydig cells of testis, some endothelial cells, as well as placenta and brain cells.
