CD105/ endothelial glycoprotein is a type ii glycoprotein located on the cell surface, which is part of the translational factor-to-receptor complex. CD105 is also an antigen associated with vascular endothelial cell proliferation. It has been reported that CD105 is associated with the occurrence of tumors, as well as stage metastasis and prognosis of tumors.
