CD45RO(UCHL1),MMab
CD45RO is one of the homologous isomers of CD45 with a molecular weight of 180kD. It has been reported that CD45RO is expressed in 48% peripheral blood T lymphocytes, 37%CD4 positive lymphocytes, 80% thymus cells and most malignant T cells. This antigen is expressed on the surface of monocytes and granulocytes, while tissue macrophages are expressed as cytoplasm.
