CD45RA

CD45 is a complex molecules and combined by different glycoprotein (180-240 kd). CD45 is expressed in hematopoietic cell. To test all different hypo-type can distinguish between different cell types, such as the initial T cells and memory T cells.CD45RA is the isotype antibody with CD45, but its expression is restricted between different hypo-types of lymphocyte. D45RA reacts with mature T cells and B cells which is none- activation cell. CD45RA also expresses in the bone marrow thymocytes cell, the cell of mantle lymphocytes of the lymph nodes , spleen cell and Lymphocytes of the accessory cortex.
