p53(DO-7),MMab

This monoclonal antibody (DO-7) can identify both human wild and mutant P53 proteins in both denatured and non-denatured states. However, the epitope identified by the cloned D0-7 is easily destroyed if the fixed time of the formarin fix is too long in the case. Therefore ,in some cases the heating induced epitope repairing technique can improve the staining effect.
