It is reported that hepatoblastoma is the most common primary liver tumor in children..It is sometimes difficult to identify hepatoblastoma and other children's small round cell tumors, especially embryonic hepatoblastoma. The expression of hepatocellular-specific antigens, hepatitis afetal protein (AFP) or cancer-embryo antigen (CEA) has been reportedly detected in normal fetal liver cells and malignant liver cells.
