Desmin(D33),MMab
Desmin is one of the intermediate filaggrin proteins, which is normally distributed in smooth muscle cells, cardiomyocytes, skeletal muscle cells and myoepithelial cells as well as their tumors. It is mainly utilized for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of rhabdomyosarcoma and myoepithelial tumor in uterus, skin, gastrointestinal tract and other areas. The high temperature of thermal remediation can enhance the staining strength.
