Bcl-6 oncoprotein

Bcl-6 is mainly expressed in normal germinal center B cells and associated lymphoma.It was positively expressed in follicular lymphomas, some diffuse large B cell lymphomas, Burkitt lymphomas, some anaplastic large cell lymphomas, follicular center T cell lymphomas, and lymphocytic Hodgkin's lymphoma.In combination with CD10, it can be used to differentiate indolent lymphoma from other lymphomas.
