Prostate Spectific Acid Phosphatase(PASE/4LJ),MMab

PSAP is an enzyme synthesized by prostate epithelial cells. Normal prostate tissue, hyperplasia of prostate tissue and prostate cancer are all expressed with PSAP. It mainly used for the diagnosis of prostate cancer and metastatic prostate cancer, but not as a good, malignant prostate disease differential diagnosis.
