Smooth Muscle Myosin(SMMS-1),MMab
MHC is mainly used to mark blood vessels and visceral smooth muscle cells as well as muscle epithelial cells, and is considered to be a more specific and reliable marker of smooth muscle. This antibody helps with the diagnosis and classification of stromal tumors, and is also used for the examination of mammary muscle epithelial cells as well as to help making the difference between in carcinoma-in-situ and invasive carcinoma.
