Epithelial Membrane Antigen(E29),MMab

EMA is a group of glycoproteins widely distributed in various normal epithelial cell membranes and tumors, and the distribution range is similar to that of cytokeratin. But The expression of visceral glandular epithelium was superior to that of cytokeratin. Therefore, it is better to combine with cytokeratin to improve the positive rate in the upper dermogenic tumor, especially in the poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma. The high temperature of EMA thermal remediation can enhance the staining strength .
