Alpha-1-Fetoprotein(EP209),RMab

AFP is a glycoprotein synthesized from the endoderm cells of embryo yolk sac, fetal liver cells and intestinal cells.This antibody can be used to label germ cell tumors such as vitelline sac tumors and hepatocellular carcinomas of about 25% to 50 %.In the diagnosis of liver cancer, the sensitivity is low, but the specificity is high.
