ZAP-70

The antigen is a tyrosine protein kinase, expressed in T cells and NK cells, and is involved in the activation of T cell receptors. Mutations in this gene can cause severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID) in humans. This antigen is also related to the mutation status of Ig heavy chain gene, disease progression and patient prognosis in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Therefore, the antibody can be used for the prognosis of CLL.
