Founded in 2010, Celnovte Biotechnology is headquartered in Zhengzhou, China, focusing on reagent and instrument development and manufacturing. Our subsidiaries include Shenzhen for instrument R&D, Suzhou for research-use product development, and Maryland (USA) for reagent R&D. Our advanced medical instrument manufacturing facilities span 3,000m² in Shenzhen and 10,000m² in Zhengzhou. We also operate a GMP-certified lab equipped with state-of-the-art research, production, and quality inspection instruments.

Celnovte leads the industry with its fully automated pathology instruments, including IHC stainers, H&E stainers, special stainers, cytopathology instrumentation, and digital slide scanners. Since launching in 2018, we’ve successfully installed over 700 fully automated IHC stainers globally. Our extensive domestic and international network covers over 2,300 top hospitals in China and extends to more than 40 countries worldwide.
