Retinoblastoma Gene Protein (Rb)

Retinoblastoma (Rb) is a rare retinoblastoma associated with a chromosomal mutation of chromosome 13. Additionally ,nucleus phosphoprotein is coed by Rb tumor suppressor gene. This Rb is exist in many cells and to regulate cell growth by activating the transcription factor ATP-2 indirectly. Then,ATP-2 activation initiates the expression of TGF-β2, TGF-B2 inhibits gene transcription to affect cell growth in turn afterward. The two-sided Rb gene mutation may potentially play a role in the development of many malignant tumors.
