Programal death protein-1 (PD-1) is mainly expressed in activated T-cells and is a member of the CD28 family. Besides it is a cross-membrane protein which combined with ligand PD-L1. It can significantly inhibit the activation and proliferation of T cells, and regulate the expression and secretion of cytokines. Currently it mainly used in the study of tumor therapy, it is also a specific marker of vascular immune mother-cell T-cell lymphoma.
