Oligo-2(EP112),RMab
Olig-2 is a member of the transcription factor Olig protein family associated with the occurrence and maturation of oligodendrocyte . It is expressed in normal oligodendrocyte and tumor oligodendrocyte, its positive site is the nucleus of the cell. Beside,some tumor-based astrocytes can also be positively expressed, but staining is shallower than oligodendrocyte. It mainly is used for the diagnosis of oligodendrocyte tumor.
