Nestin

Nestin is a 200kDa Class VI intermediate silk protein, expressed primarily in the development of neuroepimal stem cells and tendons and neuromuscular joints that occur in early embryos.Nestin is generally considered to be a reasonable marker of neurons, but recent studies have shown that it can also be expressed in other types of cells such as endothelial cells。Nestin not only verifies the most primitive neuroepicoesis, but also other embryonic tissues, so it is not specific to the middle key nervous system. Nest proteins are expressed in almost all glioblastomas and melanomas (primary melanoma syllomas and metastatic melanomas), but nest proteins are not expressed in any metastatic cancers
