Myeloperoxidase(EP151),RMab

MPO gene is located on chromosome 17 and has homologous ness with the human thyroid peroxidase.. In peripheral blood smears and granulocytes ,it is strongly positive, but in monocyte it is weak positive, while in other cells did notreact. It marks granulocytes in bone marrow smears and is usedfor the auxiliary diagnosis of acute myeloid leukemia.
