[RX] MicroStacker™ Mouse-on-Mouse HRP Polymer

The MicroStacker™ technology allows well-controlled layered stacking of F(ab’) fragments of IgG secondary antibody and peroxidase enzymes on a micro-polymer scaffold, which results in a compact polymeric structure with superior sensitivity compared to other conventional HRP polymers with bulky dextran backbones. This system avoids the use of streptavidin and biotin, and therefore eliminates non-specific staining as a result of endogenous biotin. Herein, the Mouse-on-Mouse Polymer comprises of specially engineered anti-Mouse secondary antibody to eliminate the high backgrounds caused by endogenous mouse antibodies in mouse tissues.

MicroStacker™ Technology Platform

MicroStacker™ Mouse-on-Mouse Polymer is a biotin-free, polymeric horseradish peroxidase (HRP) secondary antibody conjugate system designed to detect mouse primary antibodies on mouse tissue. This system features specially engineered anti-mouse secondary antibodies to minimize high background caused by endogenous mouse IgG.

Celnovte’s proprietary MicroStacker™ technology uses micro-polymer scaffolds to enable orientation-controlled attachment of Fab’ fragments to the poly-HRP core. This proprietary Fab’ labeling method prevents the antibody binding site from being blocked during bioconjugation, enhancing the polymer’s sensitivity. The compact polymeric structure penetrates all cellular compartments, ensuring consistent staining of nuclear, cytoplasmic, and membranous antigens.

The biotin-free detection system prevents background staining from endogenous biotin. Additionally, the use of Fab’ fragments instead of whole IgG reduces non-specific binding to endogenous Fc receptors, further minimizing background. This results in superior sensitivity and specificity compared to traditional HRP polymers with bulky dextran backbones.
