MicroStacker™ Flex HRP-Polymer Detection Kit (Mouse/Rabbit Linker)

MicroStacker™ Polymer Detection System is a biotin-free, polymeric horseradish peroxidase (HRP)- secondary antibody conjugate system for the detection of mouse and rabbit primary antibody on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues in an immunohistochemistry (IHC) procedure. The innovative MicroStacker™ technology allows well-controlled layered stacking of antibodies and peroxidase enzymes on a micro-polymer scaffold. This technique results in a compact polymeric structure that easily penetrates to all cellular compartments. Plus, the system utilizes F(ab’) fragments of IgG secondary antibody instead of the whole IgG, which avoids the background caused by non-specific binding of whole IgG to endogenous Fc receptors. According to your needs, the linker (mouse/rabbit) can be flexibly selected to further improve the staining effect. MicroStacker™ Flex HRP-polymer detection kit (mouse/rabbit linker) can be commonly used for detection of murine and rabbit antibodies. The Flex kit is suitable for various types of automatic immunohistochemistry stainer.

Product Features

Summary

Powered by innovative MicroStacker™ technology, this system enables controlled layered stacking of antibodies and peroxidase enzymes on a micro-polymer scaffold. The result? A compact polymeric structure that effortlessly permeates all cellular compartments, ensuring comprehensive staining coverage.

Notably, our system utilizes F(ab’) fragments of IgG secondary antibodies, mitigating background noise caused by non-specific binding of whole IgG to endogenous Fc receptors. By upgrading the degree of polymerization of enzymes and antibodies, we achieve heightened sensitivity for optimal detection.

Compatible with various automatic immunohistochemistry stainers, our MicroStacker™ Plus HRP-polymer detection kit delivers consistent and reliable results across mouse and rabbit primary antibodies. Elevate your IHC workflow with precision and efficiency using the MicroStacker™ Polymer Detection System.

MicroStacker technology

  • Unique Polymer Design

The innovative MicroStackerTM technology allows for the orientation-controlled attachment of Fab’ fragments of IgG on the poly-HRP core based on micro-polymer scaffolds.

  • Enhanced Sensitivity

The proprietary Fab’ labeling methods avoids the occasional blocking of the antibody binding site during the bioconjugation process, thus increase the sensitivity of the polymer. The compact polymeric structure easily penetrates to all cellular compartments, which provides consistent results in all types of nuclear, cytoplasmic and membranous antigens. The overall effect is superior sensitivity compared to other conventional HRP polymers with bulky dextran backbones.

  • Enhanced Specificity

Biotin-free detection eliminates background staining due to endogenous biotin. Plus, the system utilizes Fab’ fragments instead of the whole IgG, which avoids the background caused by non-specific binding of the whole IgG to the endogenous Fc receptor.
