Mesothelial cell (HBME-1), MMab
Interdermal cell antigens are mainly distributed in intertromymal cells, but are not expressed in other glandular epithelials. Mainly used for the diagnosis of good malignant mesothelioma. The positive part of the antibody in malignant mesothelioma is mostly cell membrane, while in other adenocarcinomas mostly cytosytic positive.Thus, diagnosis needs to be distinguished.
