INI-1

INI-1 gene encodes an unknown HSWI\/SNF chromatin remodeling complex protein, which is prone to mutation or deletion in malignant malignant rhabdoid tumor (MRT). MRT is much lower than the overall lifetime of myelin tumors and primary neuroblastoma tumors, so it is necessary to distinguish between MRT and myelin tumors and primitive neuroblastoma tumors.
INI-1 is usually missing expression in MRT, while both myelin tumor and primary neuroblastoma tumor are expressed in INI-1. The epidermal sarcoma of soft tissue often shows rhabdoid phenotype characteristics in histological lynosis, and does not express INI-1. It is sometimes difficult to distinguish between the two, but CD34 andβ-catenin are positive expression in the epidermal sarcoma ,on the contrary, both are negative in MRT.
