Collagen Type IV(CIV-22),MMab
Collagen Type Iv is the main component of the basement membrane. This antibody can be utilized to label the basement membranes of a variety of tissues and organs, including skin, kidney, muscle, spleen, lymph nodes, placenta and lung. However, the basement membrane of the corneal epithelium was negative.It has important diagnostic significance for the loss of basement membrane components caused by early invasion of carcinoma.
