CD2 antigen (LFA, function of lymphocyte antigen - 2, LFA-2) is a kind of molecular weight of 45-58 kd glycoprotein of monomer, which is to regulate the activation of T cells and thymus cells with antigen presented and target cell adhesion effect between the important helpers are mainly used for the majority of T lymphocytes in the peripheral lymphoid tissue source of NK cells in the thymus cortex cells and T cells, most of the detection of malignant cells.
