CD13 antigen peptide N also known as amino acids, is metalloproteinases membrane, a member of the integrin Ⅱ type also includes CD10, CD26, leucocyte antigen CD73 and BP - 1.The CD13 antigen is a receptor for coronavirus, which causes respiratory disease in humans and several animal species.CD13 antigen functions as a kind of zinc combined metalloproteinases in cell surface antigen expression through MHC classification Ⅱ combined with peptide dressing N - terminal amino acids and play a role, reports CD13 antigen expression in granulocyte, monocyte and their precursor cells, as well as the most acute myeloid leukemia and a small number of acute lymphoblastic leukemia.The expression of CD13 antigen in non-hematopoietic cells includes epithelial cells, renal proximal convoluted tubules, intestinal brush border, endothelial cells, fibroblasts, brain cells, bone marrow, osteoclasts, and bile duct lining cells.
