ARID1A(EPR13501),RMab
ARID1A is a subunit of the SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling complex with DNA binding activity.ARID1A protein is frequently absent in tumors, and the mutation of ARID1A gene is sufficient to achieve tumor development.This antibody is highly expressed in the spleen, thymus, prostate, testis, ovary, small intestine, and colon. It has been reported that low expression of ARID1A protein leads to low survival in clear cell carcinoma of the ovary.About 30% of endometrial cancers are positive.
