The antibody that recognizes this antigen produced by Melanoma Marker (CD63) was first reported in the literature (clone number HMB-45), indicating that it can mark the intracytoplasmic antigen of most melanomas and other tumors with melanoma/melanocyte differentiation characteristics.
1. Identify immature melanosomes.
2. Recognize melanoma.
3. Also used to identify the retinal pigment epithelium.
4. Tumor cells of epithelial, lymphoid, glial, and mesenchymal origin were negative.
