Mammaglobin(EP249),RMab

Mammaglobin is a mammary gland-associated glycoprotein, a distant relative of a secretin family member. Unlike other secretory family members, the mRNA of mammaglobulin is specifically expressed in breast tissue.

Clinical Application

  • Mainly used for specific expression verification of breast tissue.
  • Combined with GCDFP-15 to detect mammaglobulin expression in breast cancer tissue.
  • It plays a crucial role in identifying whether the primary cancer has metastasized.
