OCT4 (EP143), RMab
Oct-4 is a transcription factor that maintains stem cell versatility and self-renewal, and plays an important role in maintaining the self-renewal and multi-potential of embryonic stem cells. It is mainly used for the diagnosis of spermatocytoma (including spermatogonialcelltumor of the mediastinum) ,germ cell tumors of the central nervous system, asexual cytoma of the ovaries and embryonic carcinoma.
