CD3(MRQ-39),RMab

The D3 molecule is composed of five distinct polypeptide chains that are expressed on the surface of all mature T cells.The antibody reacts with the CD3 antigen, a cytoplasmic protein of T cells.T cells from the thymic cortex, medulla, and peripheral lymphoid tissues were stained.The antibody is suitable for the diagnosis of T cells in normal and tumor tissues fixed and paraffin-embedded with formalin.
