CA125(OC125),MMab
CA125 is a membrane surface glycoprotein associated with ovarian cancer cells.Ovarian, cervix, endometrium, breast, gastrointestinal tract and thyroid adenoma are all expressed.Almost all ovarian serous cystadenomas are positive, while ovarian mucinous (bowel) tumors have a low positive rate and are used mainly in the study of ovarian cancer and its metastasis.
