The SDH protein complex is composed of four subunits: a flavoprotein subunit (SDHA) , an iron-sulfur protein (SDHB) , and two membrane-anchored subunits (SDHC and SDHDy Mutations in these subunits can lead to various mitochondrial dysfunctions.
