[Instrument] MicroStacker™ Flex Polymer Detection Kit

MicroStacker™ Polymer Detection System is a biotin-free, polymeric horseradish peroxidase (HRP)- secondary antibody conjugate system for the detection of mouse and rabbit primary antibody on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues in an immunohistochemistry (IHC) procedure. The innovative MicroStacker™ technology allows well-controlled layered stacking of antibodies and peroxidase enzymes on a micro-polymer scaffold. This technique results in a compact polymeric structure that easily penetrates to all cellular compartments. Plus, the system utilizes F(ab’) fragments of IgG secondary antibody instead of the whole IgG, which avoids the background caused by non-specific binding of whole IgG to endogenous Fc receptors. According to your needs, the linker (mouse/rabbit) can be flexibly selected to further improve the staining effect. MicroStacker™ Flex HRP-polymer detection kit (mouse/rabbit linker) can be commonly used for detection of murine and rabbit antibodies. The Flex kit is suitable for various types of automatic immunohistochemistry stainer.

MicroStacker™ Plus HRP-Polymer Detection System

MicroStacker™ technology uses a compact micro-polymer scaffold to support controlled stacking of antibodies and HRP enzymes. Its small polymer structure helps achieve effective penetration of nuclear, cytoplasmic, and membrane antigens for clear and consistent staining.

Enhanced Sensitivity

Orientation-controlled attachment of F(ab’) fragments helps preserve antibody binding activity during conjugation. The optimized enzyme and antibody polymerization design enhances signal intensity and improves detection sensitivity compared with conventional bulky dextran-based HRP polymers.

Reduced Background

The system is biotin-free, helping avoid background staining caused by endogenous biotin. It also uses F(ab’) fragments rather than whole IgG secondary antibodies, reducing non-specific binding to endogenous Fc receptors.

Broad Compatibility
