[RX] MicroStacker™ Mouse-on-Mouse HRP Polymer

The MicroStacker™ technology allows well-controlled layered stacking of F(ab’) fragments of IgG secondary antibody and peroxidase enzymes on a micro-polymer scaffold, which results in a compact polymeric structure with superior sensitivity compared to other conventional HRP polymers with bulky dextran backbones. This system avoids the use of streptavidin and biotin, and therefore eliminates non-specific staining as a result of endogenous biotin. Herein, the Mouse-on-Mouse Polymer comprises of specially engineered anti-Mouse secondary antibody to eliminate the high backgrounds caused by endogenous mouse antibodies in mouse tissues.

Optimized for Mouse-on-Mouse IHC

A biotin-free HRP polymer detection system designed for the reliable detection of mouse primary antibodies on mouse tissue sections.

No Blocking Required

Specially engineered anti-mouse secondary antibodies reduce interference from endogenous mouse IgG, eliminating the need for an additional mouse IgG blocking step and simplifying the staining workflow.

Low Background and High Specificity

The biotin-free design avoids background staining caused by endogenous biotin. Fab’ fragments are used instead of whole IgG secondary antibodies to reduce non-specific binding to endogenous Fc receptors, delivering cleaner and more specific staining.

Enhanced Sensitivity

MicroStacker™ technology enables orientation-controlled attachment of Fab’ fragments to a compact poly-HRP core. This helps preserve antibody binding activity during conjugation and enhances signal intensity.

Consistent Staining Performance

The compact micro-polymer structure supports effective penetration into tissue sections and reliable detection of nuclear, cytoplasmic, and membranous antigens.
