MUM-1 is a protein with a molecular weight of 50kDa. The antibody colorizes the MUM-1 protein, which is mainly expressed in the B-cell subunit in the bright region of the germinal center and also in the plasma cell, the broad-spectrum B-cell subunit of haematolymphoid tumour and the activated T lymphocytic cells.
