Glucagon
Glucagon is reported lying in pancreatic islet endocrine cells and in the intestinal mucosa of size.Pancreatic Glucagon is 29 amino acid peptides. Its biological effects include liver sugar decomposition, lipoly, sugar isogenesis and ketogenic action. These actions resist insulin effects and thus lead to higher blood sugar levels.Most glucagon tumors have been reported to occur in the pancreas and produce glucagon, and these tumors have been found to occur mainly in the pancreas or pancreas tail.
