SOX-11
SOX gene is a family of genes encoding transcription factors. SOX11 is mainly related to embryonic neurodevelopment. According to reports, SOX11 is highly expressed in mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) including CyclinD1 negative MCL with typical morphological changes. But it shows negative expression in B-cell lymphoproliferative diseases.
