CBFB/MYH11 Gene Fusion Detection Kit
Clinic Signification：
1.inv (16) (p13; q22) causes CBFB and MYH11 to fuse with each other. The breakarpart is located at intron 5 of CBFB and intron 5 of MYH11. The fusion protein can lead to a decrease in active CBF.
2.2011 AML risk grouping in the NCCN guidelines shows that patients with inv(16) or t(16; 16) chromosome abnormalities have a better prognostic risk.
3. This probe can be used for specific detection whether CBFB is fused with MYH11.
