CD45RO
CD45RO is one of the homologous isomers of CD45 with a molecular weight of 180kD. It has been reported that CD45RO is expressed in 48% peripheral blood T lymphocytes, 37%CD4 positive lymphocytes, 80% thymus cells and most malignant T cells. This antigen is expressed on the surface of monocytes and granulocytes, while tissue macrophages are expressed as cytoplasm.

In some cases, the use of heat induced antigen cluster repair (HIER) techniques can enhance staining result.
