Cytokeratin 5/6 CK5/6
In common tissues, CK5/6 was mainly expressed in squamous epithelial ductal epithelial basal cells, myoepithelial cells and epithelial cells, and glandular epithelial cells.The antibody is mainly utilized for the differential diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma, mesothelial carcinoma and adenocarcinoma, and also for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant hyperplasia of ductal epithelium.
