Human germinal center-associated lymphoma(HGAL)
HGAL is specifically expressed in the cytoplasm of the B cells of thegerminalcenterand is not expressed in the B cells of the node region and marginal areas of normal tonsils and lymph nodes, as well as in the between follicles and paracortical regions. Therefore, the antibody is a B-cell lymphoma-specific marker that detects the source of the germinalcenter.
