Kappa Light Chain
This antibody reacts with the human immunoglobulin's κ chain and operates no cross-chain reaction with the λ light chain. It can be labeled with B lymphocytes with the λ light chain, plasmacellsandimmunecells.The extracellular immunoglobulin’sκ chain can also be stained, thus, it should pay attention to the distinction. It is mainly used for the differential diagnosis of lymphoma and reactive hyperplasia of lymph nodes.
