Alcian Blue stain kit

Product Application:
Specifically demonstrate acidic mucous substances (acid mucopolysaccharides), used for the diagnosis of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer and esophageal cancer, as well as tumor classification and diagnosis.
Staining Principle:
Alcian blue dye carries positive charges, which generate strong electrostatic attraction with negatively‑charged acidic groups (carboxyl groups or sulfate radicals) in tissues, forming stable salt‑bond binding.
Staining Results:
Acidic mucous substances appear blue, and the background is red.
