IMP3 (MyR1-IMP3), RMab
IMP3 (linsulin-like growth factor l mRNA-binding protein 3) is an oncofetal RNA-binding protein composed of 580amino acids and containing four K-homology domains. llP3 is typically expressed in early embryonic tissues but isalso re-exoressed in a proportion of neoplastic cells originating from non-small cell lung carcinoma and pancreaticadenocarcinoma. Additionally, some cancers arising from other organs such as the bladder, cervix, colonesophagus, and stomach have also been found to express llP3. This antibody can serve as a useful marker foidistinguishing between benign and malignant tissues.
